You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IHCCW, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from Your use of the Site or the Site Content, including without limitation claims against IHCCW, Inc. for unsatisfactory performance of information and services listed on the Site, or Your violation of this Use Agreement.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to the Site Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. This Use Agreement is personal to You and You may not transfer, assign or delegate this Use Agreement to anyone without the express written permission of IHCCW, Inc.. Any attempt by You to assign, transfer or delegate this Use Agreement without the express written permission of IHCCW, Inc. shall be null and void.
This Use Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Indiana. If any part of this Use Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. IHCCW, Inc. failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this Use Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by IHCCW, Inc. in writing. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred and you forever waive any such cause of action. The section titles in this Use Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
The Use Agreement comprises the entire agreement between You and IHCCW, Inc. with respect to the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

We do our best to get parts shipped ASAP when orders arrive. But if for any reason your order is delayed by IHCCW, Inc., the Shipper or Back Ordered and you do a chargeback or dispute the charge on your Credit Card. You will be charged a $35.00 Fee and you will also be charges the fee that your Credit card charges IHCCW for the monies after your parts arrive.
We suggest that You print out a copy of this Use Agreement and retain for Your records.
